• House is really big
• The view is really good
• Bedrooms are big and nice
• The area is quiet and away from the noise

If there is something that is not perfect it would be a little thin on stuff for the kitchen, most likely because everyone eats out every day anyway.

There is some building activity there, but this did not bother us. Basically, there are some few guys there that sometimes work, but you can seldom hear or see it… Electricity bill will be about 200 USD a week. I loved the fact you could sit on own balcony outside bedroom drink wine and enjoy the view over the ocean during the evening. I loved that I attached my Spotify to stereo and had a good sound quality from Spotify filling the whole area.

It’s far away from the noise in beach and from the airport. The airport is actually only a few km away, but planes did not fly over the house, like anything really close to Chaweng beach.
