Very nice and big house, suitable for big groups. We had a great time in the house and in Koh Samui. 10 minutes to city and beach with scooter or tuk-tuk.

I recommend renting scooters. It is cheap (200 baht / day) and then you can go to a big shopping mall to buy food.

For 10 days and 7 people, we paid close to 7 000 baht for electricity, very cheap.
